ABOUT: Classwork consists of floorwork, barre, and locomotive movements as passed down through a living legacy of Duncan dancers, as well as improvisation accompanied by great classical music. Barefeet, practice tunics optional.
Class will be taught and hosted by former company dancer Meg Brooker. This unique workshop is great for the beginner and the advanced and is a one time event!
AND “Tunics in the Garden” – Duncan Dancing on Mother’s Day!

ABOUT: Fourth Generation Duncan Dancer Meg Brooker with The Dance Theatre to perform at the Umlauf Sculpture Gardens on Mother’s Day! Dances will include works by the performance repertory company, the Girl’s School of Austin, and dancers from the Adult ongoing Duncan classes here in Austin.
